I threw this rare #146 match plane into the Evaporust bucket last night for a spa treatment. Made from 1905 until WWII, this plane cuts a delicate T&G centered on stock that is just 3/8" wide.
I also threw in a #147 that I found in the boneyard. The #146 is missing its groove cutter and the #147 is missing both cutters. I had to dig into the miscellaneous blade box.
WooHoo! Found exactly what I needed.
Next up is a little cutter sharpening and then they can go back to work.
