Thanks for the kind words. A far as spacing goes I thinned a piece of wood to what I thought would look nice for spacing. I placed that between each blade and glued them on and moved to the next one. At first I was trying to place them side by side with no spacing but you could not make out the teeth on the blades. I used the largest blade #12 that I had. When I got to the last 3 I made sure the spacing still worked out and if I need to cheat a little I could do so on 3 and you would never see it. Just so happened to work out almost dead on. Band saw blades are in the future also. In pen making nothing is safe. If you can wrap around a tube you can cast it.
And that is the cool things on making pens or turning in general.
