It's been awhile since I've made a jack plane.  I love the results... but, geez.  I need to train a monkey to flatten them.  This one has a 1 1/8'' blade and 15'' sole.  In stainless and East Indian Rosewood.

Shavings?   Cambered edge?  Looks fancy, does it do it's job as a Jack?
Show me a picture, I'll build a project from that

I send my planes out with flat, straight bevels.  No camber.  No micro bevels.  I don't presume to know what my costumers' preferences are.  Also... I presume that this plane is going to be used as a large smoother.  It doesn't make sense to use such a pricey tool to hog material.

Do you mean 2-1/8" blade? The perspective makes it appear larger than 1-1/8.

It's a sweet looking machine full of purpose. Thanks for showing us!
