Where's the reset button on a Delta Unisaw?
#10
Hi Fellas,

Been a while since I've been on this board.  (The password reset thing wasn't working, so I created a new registration).

Anywho, I think I overload the Unisaw I acquired last year and it won't turn on.

I'm guessing it is a 970s model, but that's a guess.

Where is the reset button on this beast?    thanks!

If it has a magnetic starter the overloads are on the contactor, not in the motor.    Unplug remove cover on starter and look for a reset button , do not adjust the setting but the reset will be close.   Roly

If the saw has low voltage controls, inside the big box on the back of the saw, its the red button.

Push the OFF button to its full depth.

That's how I reset my 1994 Unisaw with 3hp motor and magnetic switch.

Silly me....I looked at the back of the saw (I built an extension table off the back, so it was tough to see) and guess what I found???

Yup, the reset button.

Some things never change, eh?
