I have a powermatic 66 saw that is green with a white stripe. the serial number is
3661150
can someone let me know the age please.

1973 is my guess

It's a 1970:

N66-nnnn | 1968—77 | "N" is the units digit of the year, beginning in 1968. "nnnn" is a number.

Thats correct info, but the first number is a "3".....so its a 197"3"....not sure where your getting 1970.

You like is also not related.

Probably not important what year exactly.....the 1970 and 1973 machines are identical.

N would normally start at 1 so a 166-nnnn would be 1968 right? I'm assuming this anyway. So 266 would be 1969 and 366 would be 1970. Of course I'm left handed and don't always think normal so I could be wrong.

No, for PM's listings, the N starts with the first year of production for that date range. It's the actual year digit, not a counter. So that serial number would be 1973.
