Very nice. Will that pecan darken with age?

None of the pecan I've used has darkened at all with age and/or use. Even the wooden spoons I've made from it are pretty light colored. But then I've only been using it for about five years, so ask me again in 25 years.

Very well done, Steve! The wood is just spectacular and the execution is very fine. You picked out the right handle shape for the saw as well. A lifetime tool, that's for sure.

I'll mark my calendar now . I hope it retains its current colour. It's a gorgeous blend.
