Pic Test
#41
O.K., aome of the Photobucket photos Imposted (successfully, I thought) have disappeared. So here's another test:

<img src="http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f343/hankknight/0555130e-bf97-40e4-8afc-4f3dabb315a8_zps22ed4bf0.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo 0555130e-bf97-40e4-8afc-4f3dabb315a8_zps22ed4bf0.jpg"/>

It seems the Direct Img post doesn't work for me anymore, but I can get photos to show up with the modified HTML link. This is getting tiresome! How do you know which link to use, and how do you know if your photos will remain in you posts?

Hi Hank

Your "modified" link does not work. I can still access your Photobucket account if I wish ...

Well, this whole thing is a great mystery! Can you, at least see the photo I posted, Derek?

Hank, the one of you naked on a bicycle? No, I closed my eyes. When I looked up I saw what appeared to be an alien in blue wearing a mask.

Derek,
Yes, that's the one! If you can catch the little blue alien, give him a good whack for me!

Hank, I'm telling you, switch to Flickr, very easy.

Thought I did, but, I guess I haven't got this picture thing figured out yet. My profile options are set to show them. When I was logged on this AM, I could see photos just fine. Now I can't.

OK. THis is weird. All of the pictures in my previous posts are blacked out. I guess they are still playing with the config files. Here is a recent Photobucket picture.

Beta testing is not fun.
It shows in the post as I am writing but not in the preview. ???

What I did with this was in Photobucket copy HTML[Direct] to clipboard and then used the insert image from the control row.

Interestingly, that worked in the preview.

As did copying the IMG lline

Trying one from FLickr - works on preview

Pastes from Photobucket ...

html:

<img src="http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a262/Derek50/Furniture/Fine%20Woodworking/pictures4.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo pictures4.jpg"/>

img: ]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a262/Derek50/Furniture/Fine%20Woodworking/pictures4.jpg[/img]

Only the img works in preview. Yet it is the other way around when posted.

EDIT (some hours later): html still not showing in preview, but both pics are up when posted.  ...?
