What tool is this? Is it a leather or belmakers tool?

I have a very similar set. At least the jaws are similar. It looks like you have the wrong handle in the box. Ming was made by the KKK tool company...... Don't ask.

I'm not sure the "pliers" go with the jaw attachments.  From here, the "pliers" part look like a single-hole leather punch.  The shape looks faintly like C.S. Osborne, who made/make commercial leather-working tools; but I'm no kinda expert.  Bring it out and bring us more pics of that.

I was thinking the same thing Bill. The jaws look like mine but the handle looks single purpose.
I would also be interested in more info about the tool, I couldn't find much.
A the long alligator jaws don't even close, unless in doing something wrong.
