He didn't mention the humidity. Wet bulb can match ambient temps. 90 can be unbearable to work in.
Laugh you can stand still and be soaked in sweat.

 Already like that here. 95* and 50% humidity at the moment. Besides im always soaked in sweat... Gotta go west for the dry air. But I'll take 90 and humid as its easier on the pocket book for cooling compared to here. Course grew up in Hawaii and got spoiled however sleeping at night there was no fun as no one had AC. Had to go to Pearl Ridge for ac on those hot days when it hit 90*.
