How to sharpen drill bits

Folks,

Been googling for the last hour, but unable to locate a good reference.  Can someone direct me to a reference for sharpening straight fluted drill points, such as would be used in a Millers Falls 41?

Try a search for sharpening a Stanley Yankee 41 or 41Y. I found a lot of hits using this criterion.
