Cherry TV Stand
#18
Since I'm not the best at finishing, I go the easy route although it takes the longest. I sand everything to 220. Then, a coat of BLO on everything, then two coats of off the shelf wiping varnish. Then, I sand everything down with a 400 sanding block. Then two or three more coats of the varnish and I 0000 steel wool wax all the surfaces you can touch. If this were a paying job, I would never make any money because each varnish coat dries overnight. But, I'm a hack hobbyist at this point.

It's very nice, even more so for a "hack hobbyist". Well done.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

Very nice.

I need to do something like that. Years ago I built a cabinet that houses a 42" plasma. At the time it was about as big a TV as you could get. Now it looks puny.

Good design and well executed.

That is a great design!  The inlay really makes the top "pop".

I use a similar finish schedule and your right, it would not pay well.

Very nice work ... if I were going to change anything, I think I would add more of the Mission-style square spindles ... just a matter of preference ... not criticizing your project at all.
