If it runs it's just some rattle can paint and it's an easy flip, or a circle cutter if you don't want to swap blades from resaw to circles, curves. Easily 50 bux

Does it have a motor? Even if the answer is no, it's probably still cheaper to purchase it as-is and find a replacement motor.
