I turn 64 next Monday.

As for making moldings.....I just use that Stanley #45 I have.    I can size the older moldings with the bead cutters....make the "bead"  then the slitter can slice the molding off the board.

I use a Stanley 45 and a Stanley 55 as well as hollows and rounds.

I made a miter jig so I can cut this tiny stock.

So it turns out I made the jig backwards. Here is the revised jig.

And here are the three pieces cut out. The original is on the bottom. These pieces need a little trimming before glue up.
