So, the upper rack roller wheels on my Kitchenaid kuds30ixbl2 model are bad so I ordered a kit to replace the entire adjuster and wheels. But they don't work. It is obvious that the kit I got is for a different rack. I have triple checked the model # on the machine but every appliance parts store online I have checked, and has a picture of the kit, shows the same (wrong) parts. Could I have gotten some kind of Frankendishwasher where it is a combination of the old parts and a new model #? How do I go about determining the model # that hard the correct parts?

Do you have any appliance parts places near that you could take the rack in with you ? Roly
Look up part W10253546, they say part W10712394 replaces it.

This is probably the original part, Whirlpool part W103503376 which is still available as a after market part. The kit that is shown in the parts web sites are the newer model. You probably have to replace all the parts in the kit so they work together. W103503376 is available on Amazon but remember they redesigned it for a reason. Roly
