Dollhouse Plans

I want to build a dollhouse for my 2 granddaughters for Christmas this year.  I've done a quick internet search and haven't found anything particularly helpful.  For those of you who have built dollhouses from plans what information sources were particularly helpful?  Are there any publications which might be of help?

I'd also like to build some dollhouse furniture.  So, sources for plans and information on building furniture would be helpful, too.
