I assume the lobster was great: lets see some feedback for those of us couldn't make it to the open house!

I didn't go, but I saw a post from someone on FB that had their purchases from the trip.  Looked like many thousand$ of tools.  Not sure about that, but it was enough to get me in trouble, that's for sure

I thought this might be the occasion when they finally had the plow plane available: not to be.

There is a new plow plane coming out soon.....but not from them.
Uhoh

I went to the open house last year while on vacation with my wife. She wasn't into the tours and such so we did the lobster bake, which was great; talked with some vendors, and enjoyed the the peacefulness of the Maine coast. I've been to so many of the regional tool events that I could put a t-shirt on and do the demos myself. Handworks was equally fun, but LN's event gives you access to some people like Garrett Hack, Christian Becksvoort. For me these events are mostly for enjoying good conversation and seeing/making friends.

The next best thing to being there is this photo gallery from a great photographer: Jeff Burks; here: https://blog.lostartpress.com/2017/03/30...niversary/

I think this is it on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/explore/locati...toolworks/

Scroll down past the map.
When you get to the Pond In Maine, that appears to be the end / beginning.

"tx_planes A beautiful evening in Warren Maine. #pond #maine"
