I have had this Great Service from Moen. I installed Moen faucets in my house when I remolded the bathrooms 20 years ago.  With 3 kids, they are a little rough on things.  Moen has covered everything including Cartridges.  The only time I paid was $10 for shipping when I needed it the next day.  I have probably replaced them entirely this way over time.
