With a dado-head cutter on a tablesaw you could cut the tongue and groove yourself. You would need at least 2 passes per board, one to cut tongues and one to cut grooves on the opposite edge. The same dado stack could be used to cut the relief on the back side. A sacrificial fence attached to your rip fence and you wouldn't have to change the dado stack to cut the tongues and grooves. You would also need a chamfer bit in a router to knock the corners off the top face. I would try a couple test pieces to see how it goes and how long it would take you.
