Personally I think its the only way to go.  Will require some maintenance if you want to maintain a shine.

I would also recommend this. We specify it in nursing homes and hospitals all the time.  Works great, Looks great, staff loves it... including the janitor.

Our church is currently going through most of the buildings, ripping out carpet from the 80s/90s, and installing the commercial vinyl.
