My "Extras" that were sitting on the shelf.... Anant A4 Dunlap #3 Craftsman #3 ( Millers Falls #8) Stanley Defiance 1203 (?) from the 1930s before the "Four Square Line" came out.. Mohawk-Shelburne #4 ....Later was renamed as the Millers Falls #900....before the "V-Line" came out... Stanley Handyman block plane same as a Stanley #110..( #1248?) Oh, and there was this "thing".. Traditional Chinese Jack Plane......takes a whole another type of grip Two handed, back by the handle/rod. Double iron. 2" wide iron. Fussy....

Roh kay, raggie....now the big question....
What is everyone's most used planes in their shop. Couldn't care less who made the planes, it is more what type of planes you use the most on any project. These are the ones I use the most on any given project.... What are yours?

No. 0-7 No. 5 No. 11 No. 4, T-9 No.45,T-20 No. 60-1/2 Depending on how tired the arms feel.. ...the #0-7 can become a No.6c, T-10...or a No. 5-1/2, T-17 The #5 and the #11 get changed according to what size of board I am working on The #4 will sometimes become a #3 size. About it...

Have just started a new build thread.....you might want to watch/read along......maybe note which planes gets used?
Quarter Sawn Ash for the wood.....we'll see how my old planes hold up....

Well, so far, just a Millers Falls No. 14 cambered jack and a Stanley No. 7c have been used....
But, it is still early in this project......fun will be when I flatten the glued up panels....
