Nice job; our kids are lucky — they have family who can renovate for them and save ‘em a bunch while giving them just what they want.

It does look good, lots of cabinet space!!

Curious as to why you ran the floor under the cabs.  What happens when it's time to remove the floor?  Makes for a "challenge" down the road.....
