I finished them off with a coat of BLO. They turned out great!

The Purdy paint brushes I prefer have raw wood handles.  I dip the handles in Sealcoat and after a few minutes I wipe the excess off the tip of the handle so I don't end up with a glob there.  An hour later I repeat.

It does not get sweat, as I am gloved when I paint, but it cleans up better and looks a lot nicer.  Easy application, I don't even have to pour the Sealcoat into a pail, I just dip in the can.

For gits and shiggles, wipe a bit of Dexron ATF on a bit of scrap next time you're doing some vehicle maintenance.

Common decency is as rare as common sense. I figure there was only a finite amount of both made and its getting shared out among too many folks.
