One handed shaves are pretty rare but they can come in handy in lots of situations such as chair hollowing, leveling,etc..This one is heavy bronze construction with what appears to be a walnut handle with a thick stainless steel ferrule.. The sole of the tool is slightly beveled and can be used for flat shaving or hollowing..I love tools made of bronze because they are much more uncommon...This one is vintage and has no name that I can see, but it is heavy and very well made...Add it to you collection of shaves for $30.00 plus shipping to your zip code...First PM...Paypal only, USA only..Thanks for looking...

Is this shave pulled like a standard spoke shave
or is it pushed like a chisel?
The position of the blade makes me guess it is designed to be pushed.
