chair re web chair build

I have an otdoor chair an armchair that has cushion that rest on a webbing of nylon straps. It has stretched. I want to rplace it or just tighten it up. Any web how to sites?
The nylon seem to be in good shap and and I am wondering if I just took up the slack and restapled it if that would suffice?
I saw woodsmith had a project but I can not find the one that did install the nylon strap to support a cushion for outdoor chairs.

that is all I do for webbing on indoor chairs.  pull it tight and staple it.  I do like to fold an edge under so I am stapling through two layers of webbing if possible.
