Just thought some of you would be interested …

At least four (4) sets of match planes, a few rabbets and beaders and the rest are a variety of moulding planes.

These are the hollow & rounds I separated from the rest … very random …

They were going to give these away so I said … yeah … I'll give you a buck for them …

Not a bad day standing in the cold …

For Shame, I'd at least tried to negotiate with em a bit.

I have a dozen or so of the old molding planes... Still learning to use them.
I really enjoy the quiet whisp and the curl of the shavings as you plane.
Beats the scream of the router filling the air with dust.
Btw... You suck..

Great find Red! Haven't seen you at an auction for a while but I don't go to as many as I use too.
Take care,

I don't get to many auctions anymore either … so few have had much of interest the last few years … I still get lucky once in a while,

I'm working on cleaning, sharpening and organizing these … I may post some profiles … if I can get them sharp enough to work …

All that for a buck? I'll say it, you suck...

I wish … the two (2) long ones were a buck … the rest averaged less than $3 each ...
