Which harbor freight tool chest is good?
#11
I think I remember that some of you had good luck with a large rolling harbor freight tool chest. Felt it was great quality for the money. Anyone know which one it is?

The choices come up when you search for tool cabinet in thier site

Costco used to have a really nice one but they don’t seem to carry it anymore

Thanks

The US General 13 drawer roller base is the one everyone raves over.

This is the one I have

Love it. I really love the removable drawers, makes it easy to transport, if necessary. They are ball bearing slides.
I no longer build museums but don't want to change my name. My new job is a lot less stressful. Life is much better.

This is the one I have as well as the upper.  No complaints.

I have this one: https://www.harborfreight.com/tool-stora...inets.html

It is heavy, sturdy and can take a lot of tools, yet rolls smoothly. I like the number of more shallow drawers this one has over some others I've seen. The price can't be beat.

This one was good for me to roll outside for auto work- the work benches have their own tools. It's holding a lot more tools than when these pics were taken and holds a lot of tools/weight with no problems.
I made separators.
Jack stands and other tools sit on the open bottom.

I also made a flip up table top on the left side to hold parts.

I've got the same one, and was impressed with the quality for the price.  Assembly instructions sort of sucked, a little bit of head scratching at least for me as I try to follow instructions, but eventually it came together.  They may have improved since.  I ended up getting another, which is also very satisfactory:  https://www.harborfreight.com/tool-stora...64432.html
