Craftsman table saw parts
#6
A friend of mine has a Craftsman job site saw, and broke a casting on the rip fence.

Anybody have any good sources for Craftsman parts?

Thanks!

You might want to post pictures along with model and serial numbers. Someone here might be able to fix you up.

I might have it post pictures and an idea of the year.  I know I have the table extensions not sure I left the rail pieces attached

The saw is a job site saw...about 9 years old.

Model # 315.218290

It’s the big casting, #28 here... https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/5...-saw-parts

Well, the link didn’t go directly to the page, but if you click on “Rip fence” down the left side, it goes to the parts diagram.

Unfortunately I’m only slightly less technologically impaired than he is. Hopefully that’ll make sense.

Thanks!

Thanks for posting that info.  The hand wheel on my Craftsman table saw 315-228410 broke last week and I've been unsuccessfully searching the internet trying to find a replacement. Used that web address and went to the chat and my hand wheel is now on it's way. Postage and handling costing more that the part, but no complaints - they had a part for a 21 year old table saw.
