Looks like dowels, no visible  fasteners.

Mortise and tendon or through mortice in the top.  The legs probably have a dado in them where the shelves are and a small pocket in the shelf itself to self align everything.

No through mortise in the top, so must be a hidden one.

It could all be held together with dowels. They can be blind, and not visible from the outside.

Floating tenon is another possibility.
