PVC, UHMW, Wood whatever a person uses will work and have a few sizes.  I know I used to have a lot of trouble trying to keep the rest from slipping down to far when trying to adjust it and others may have the same problem and this and adding the other stuff fixes that to me anyway.
As of this time I am not teaching vets to turn. Also please do not send any items to me without prior notification.  Thank You Everyone.
