All fixed. I couldn't get the diaphragm bolt out so I too a die cutter to it and cut it off. From there everything was very straight forward. Although it was not very dirty inside I still wiped it out and ran some water through it. Now when you turn the adjustment bolt the pressure changes. I set it to 60psi. Will see how much the pressure spikes and if the T&P valve stops leaking.
