That's what I did. I put the hose that normally goes into the detergent tank directly into the vinegar jug. It did not draw. It's a clear tube and I did not see any liquid being drawn through the tube.
There's no other way to get the vinegar into it...
I just realized that the detergent dispenser is designed to enter the system right before the outlet. So it wouldn't flow through the pump system anyway. It would go almost directly into the outlet and to the hose and sprayer. So I'll have to figure something else out. Maybe I'll just disassemble the pump sometime. A nice late-night project in the shop.

The washing machine can be a water hog, so it could have reduced the water supply pressure but I'm not sure if that was the issue. I'm going to test out that theory sometime in the next week. I'll run a load of laundry and the pressure washer at the same time and see what happens.

i ran into an issue with my PW last week. washin a porch at a friend's house, the symptoms were similar to yours- pressure would drop right off. let off the trigger for a couple of seconds pressure back. I couldn't figger out the issue for a bit. using the PW at my house I don't have full pressure because I dont have a high supply coming from the well and was running off a well at this house similar to mine.
turned out to be the collapsable hose from the spigot I was using. water pressure wasn't enough to keep it from collapsing.

Yes. That will do it. I figured out that one a long time ago
Laugh
I have some larger, more durable hoses that I use with the pressure washer.
