The way I do it if the break lines up properly is to run a damp rag through the crack to moisten it then use regular titebond and clamp it 24 hrs.
If the crack no longer lines up perfectly, use epoxy and don't clamp but just enough to close the gap down to maybe 1/32". Epoxy seems to hold better this way than with tight clamping. I allow epoxy to set for at least two days which may be overkill.
