I do it the same as willyou up above Cut sheets of bristol board? and spray glue the fabric on and wrap around the edges. Gives a very clean finish.

Thanks all. That helps a bunch. I wonder if the 1/2 hp harbor freight would do. Price seems ok. The Leeson would be nice but pretty pricey. I'm in Canada so I will hunt around here a bit but prices...

I knocked a beer out of my shop fridge the other day and it smashed on the floor. Toss on a couple shovels of sawdust from planer dust collector and let is sit for a while and sweep up...easy peazy

Adjust so the gullet of the teeth run at the crown. I have a 14" delta x with riser and never have a problem unless the gullet is too far forward
