I see lots of negative statements being made about the Delta line of late but nary a single positive one. That's enough for me not to even consider Delta when buying.

I have the HF in the garage and the Flexzilla in my shop. Both do the job but I do like the lightness of the Flexzilla hose over the HF rubber hose.

I had that same issue with my Bosch PS31. What worked for me was to put the rotational direction slide lever into the locked position when loading a bit. You know, the one that locks up the trigger ...

Call Harbor Freight and order one from them. When the switch on my DC failed that's what I did and they got a new one to me in just a few days.

What blade model was it? If it was the LM75 then it's supposed to give you that kind of finished edge on stock 3/4" and smaller.
