Tighten the compression fitting anywhere between make it stop leaking and strip the threads on it.

Got the unions tightened and they don’t leak. Problem is I apparently didn’t get enough pipe dope on the female nip threaded end on one of them and have a very tiny leak. It’s so small it evaporates away before it can drip. So tomorrow I’ll take it off and try again.

Give it a little time. Minerals in the water can seal small leaks, like ground pepper in car radiators.
