Thread: Wanting to make a guitar
Post: RE: Wanting to make a guitar
I wanted to make one but I decided to start with a kit first.
I got the kit from Martin a while ago and have been researching/reading a lot.
I plan to start it this summer. |

I seriously doubt they would grind the sides.
That would generally only be done if new teeth were added.
Many blades benefit greatly just with a face grind. |

Thread: Spraying stain?
Post: RE: Spraying stain?
I use ML Campbell Woodsong.
Dries fast, I've stained with the wipe off then sprayed with the Magnamax Precat Lacquer an hour later.
Spray only has more drying time.

Don't know if I'd use it for walls but I used metal for my ceiling.
I made attic trusses and the metal helped because it was light.
Pretty quick and easy to put up |

Are you doing the face?
Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like the top was touched.
I touch them up with a diamond blade on a tool grinder/sharpener by just touching the face of the cutters. |
